In order to confirm the flight booking, you have to make the payment online. Once you made the payment successfully you will receive an email confirming your flight details with other useful information.

As per the Hong Kong Airlines Cancellation Policy you can get the full refund if you cancel any flight within 24 hours of the flight booking time as long as there is a gap of 7 days in flight booking and departure of the flight.
